Unless you change your life style nothing you do will actually make a long lasting dffernce. But how do you break a habit? How do you aquire this new lifestyle? Magazines and TV programmes make it look so easy but it's not so simple. Is it?

Read our two week plan to help you kick start your new habit.

Commit – to yourself. You expect commitment from everyone in your life, your family, your partner, your friends – it's time to make a commitment to yourself.  Just two weeks that could change your life.

Eating well is always a good step – avoiding doughnuts and chocolate and cream cakes. Exercise is what really makes the difference. Commit yourself to working out 5 times a week (you always need two days of rest).
Take your weight and measurements of bust, waist and hips on day one and watch your body transform in just two weeks.

THE WORKOUT


10-20 mins cardio of your choice
3 sets of weights x 5 repetitions
10-20 mins cardio of your choice
3 sets of weights x 5 repetitions
3 sets of ab crunches x 15 repetitions
Remember to include rest days as you can over work out, you body will need days off

THE DIET

Here is an exmaple of what your daily food intake should look like.

Breakfast

A fruit smoothie or muesli/porridge with fruit.

Lunch

Chicken salad

Dinner

Chicken and vegetabke stir fry – 10 mins to prepare and really filling after your workout.

Snacks

Fruit & Nuts ( not more than a small handful)

Coffee or tea (not more than 2 cups a day)
Water , water , water you can never have too much.
No alcohol – no not even one drink.

After week one take your weight and measurements again, you will already notice a flatter belly – this will motivate you straight into week two.

After week 2 take your weight and measurements again – you will notice not only it was not that bad but it made you happier and feel healthier, and most of all you have kept a commitment to yourself.

You have now created a new lifestyle!
