It’s easy to get right but just as easy to get wrong – follow our tips and you will definitely get it right.

BROWS

I have always tweezed my eyebrows into shape, luckily I’ve never been an over plucker but if you’re not one you certainly know a few. Here’s how to get the prefect brows:

Brush eyebrows with an eyebrow brush and tweeze away loose hairs. Your eyebrows should start in line with your nose, the arch in line with the out shape of your iris and the tip should taper at the end of your eye.
Finish off with an eye brow gel.

*Stella’s tip - get your eyebrows shaped by a professional then just maintain the shape yourself.

SKIN

Dab concealer under eyes to cover dark circles and blend. Use concealer to cover any blemishes when done dust with some loose powder for a flawless finish.

For the perfect glow, dip your blusher brush (lightly) in your choice of blusher. Give yourself a big smile and start brushing the blush on moving outwards towards your ears.

* Stella’s tip – do not over do the blush, use only a little – you can always re-apply if it's too light.

EYES

Thank heavens for shadow duos and even trios! How did we ever manage without them? No wonder we cringe when we look back at 80’s photos with multi coloured eye shadow.
Taking an eye shadow brush, brush the darker shade across the lid. For an evening smokey look apply eye liner and a darker shade of shadow as close to the eye lashes a possible.
Use a light shade of shadow to highlight the arch of the brow and blend downward towards the lid.
Finally eye make up is never finished without a good mascara for longer fuller lashes.

*Stella’s tip - try experimenting with false lashes.

LIPS

Use a lip liner to line the outside of your lips. Apply lipstick with a lip brush to avoid a cakey finish. Start with the centre of your lips and blend outwards, blending over your lip liner.

*Stella’s tip – Prepare your lips by exfoliating them –by rubbing a wet tooth brush over them.
