There are various reasons why you can get a headache, here are some reasons and remedies to get rid of them!

Stress

When you have a headache, turn your head to a mirror and see if you're frowning. If you are, then the reason is because you've been so concentrated thinking of work, family or anything that stresses you out that you've been frowning all day and that puts pressure on the head.

Remedy:Take a time out. Go in a room where no one will disturb you, close your eyes, think of something you love. Picture yourself on a quiet deserted beach with just the sounds of waves, for example, and breathe in and out for a few minutes. You'll go out the room with a refreshed mind and the probability is that the headache would have diminished as well.

Hunger

You've been going round all day taking care of everything, but yourself. Doesn't that happen too often with us women? Think about it, did you eat anything during the day? If you haven't you know your remedy!

Remedy: Eat, even if it is just an apple on the go!

Dehydration

If you often get headaches after a workout at the gym or on hot Summer days the reason might be dehydration. When the body is lacking water it doesn't function properly and the head is first to show signs of dehydration, sometimes even by headaches.

Remedy: Drink water, in less than an hour you'll feel relieved. No need for painkillers, you get rid of it the natural way! :)
