Here's some more easy recipes ready in minutes for you to enjoy after a stressful day at work!·

Potato Bake

What you'll need...

Potatoes (even frozen ones will do, as long as they're plain and not spiced in any way)

Bacon, finely chopped

1 small onion, finely chopped

How to...

1. Heat the oven to 250C with a foil dish inside.·

2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and season with pepper. Salt is not needed because the bacon will give the dish the needed saltiness.

3. Spread out the mixture in the warm foil dish inside the oven and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring the ingredients half way through the cooking.

Grilled Chicken and Couscous

What you'll need...

1 chicken breast, chopped into small cubes

1 cup of couscous per person

How to...

1. Heat the grill on its own. When very hot, put the chicken cubes on the grill. Leave to cook for a few minutes and only turn the pieces once it is properly cooked on the bottom side, otherwise it will stick to the grill.· There is no need to season the chicken, the grill enhances its own natural flavour.

2. In a bowl put a cup and a half of boiling water for every cup of couscous.· Cover for 3 to 4 minutues and season with your favourite spice.

3. Mix the chicken with the couscous and voila!

Enjoy ladies,
