White Water

(Approximately 175 calories per glass)

1 cup of mixed bite-size fruit such as melon & peaches
1 750-ml bottle crisp white wine, such as Pinot Grigio
1 shot of brandy
1 shot Triple Sec
1 cup club soda
and lot and lots of Ice

In a pitcher add fruit, brandy, triple sec and club soda and let stand covered for 30mins.
After which add the bottle of wine and stir the mixture – cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours. To serve just add ice to a long glass or large wine glass and pour (add some fruit into the glass for more texture –plus it looks good too).
